1. Experience managing and scaling an engineering team at a fast-growing organization. 2. Technical knowledge to discuss issues, approaches, and solutions in depth. 3. Passion about Web3 & open financial systems. 4. Desire to manage a fully-remote geographically distributed team. 5. At least 4 years of Software Engineering experience. 6.
