Job Description

岗位名：国家线PR经理 Title: Regional PR&Communications Manager 1.与本地媒体、记者及行业意见领袖建立并维护良好关系 2.与总部合作，起草、本地化并发布新闻稿及评论文章 3.管理采访安排、发言人出席及本地媒体活动 4.监测媒体舆情和报道情况，并将潜在问题及时反馈给全球团队 5.制作本地化媒体资料包、问答文档及媒体应对准备材料 6.与商务拓展及市场团队协作，推进与合作伙伴或活动相关的联合公关项目 7.支持发言人安排名单（基于 A/B/S 等级体系）及媒体沟通协调 1. Build and nurture relationships with local media, journalists, and thought leaders. 2. draft, localize, and distribute press releases and opinion pieces in partnership with HQ 3. manage interviews, speaker placements, and local press events 4. monitor media sentiment, coverage, and flag potential issues to global team 5.develop localized media kits, Q&A documents, and press prep materials 6. collaborate with BD and marketing for joint PR initiacives with partners or events 7. support spokesperson placement(based on A/B/S-level system) and press coordination

Job Requirements

1.拥有4年以上公关或战略传播相关经验（无论在代理机构还是企业内部，有加密货币交易所经验者优先） 2.拥有扎实的本地媒体关系网络，具备独立获取高质量媒体曝光的能力 3.具备优秀的写作、编辑与信息传递能力（英语＋本地语言） 4.能胜任快节奏的工作环境、媒体时效性要求，以及跨团队的沟通协作 5.有加密/区块链或其他高度监管行业经验者优先 1. 4＋years experience in PR or strategic communications(agency or in-house, experience working at exchanges is a plus) 2. strong local media network; able to secure meaningful press coverage independently 3.excellent writing, editorial, and messaging skills(English ＋ local language) 4. ablitity to handle fast-paced enviorments, media timelines, and cross-team input 5.experience with crypto/web3 or highly regulated industries is a plus
