Job Description

●Responsible for the management and execution of post-investment projects at IOSG, enhancing the company's brand influence domestically and internationally. ●Assist in managing internal and external operations of the company, including formulating operational strategies and plans. ●Handle communication and coordination with domestic and international partners regarding fund-related matters, maintaining cooperative relationships with external funds and industry resources. ●Review and manage the company's written materials for domestic and international distribution, ensuring the maintenance of the fund's brand image. ●Design, arrange, and manage various company activities, as well as handle relevant public relations matters. ●Complete other tasks assigned by superiors. 运营经理 ●负责IOSG 投后项目的管理与执行，提供公司在海内外品牌影响力。 ●负责协助管理公司内外部运营事宜，制定运营战略及规划。 ●负责基金海内外合作事宜的沟通对接，维护与外部基金、产业资源合作关系。 ●负责公司海内外输出文案的审核及管理，维护基金品牌形象。 ●负责公司各项活动的设计安排及管理，并且做好相关PR事宜。 ●完成领导交办的其他工作。

Job Requirements

●Candidates with a full-time undergraduate degree or above are preferred, and English can be used as a working language. ●Candidates with experience in administration, public relations, executive assistance, or secretarial work are preferred. ●Strong communication and coordination skills, as well as excellent writing abilities, are required. ●Candidates with a clear professional awareness and a meticulous work style, and those with some knowledge of business areas such as capital markets, private equity investment, private equity funds, and financial markets, are preferred. ●全日制本科以上,英语可作为工作语言。 ●具有行政、公关、高管助理或秘书工作的一项或多项经验优先。 ●具有良好的沟通协调能力以及文案撰写能力。 ●具备明确的职业意识和严谨的工作作风，对资本市场、私募股权投资、私募基金、金融市场等业务领域有一定了解优先。
