Community Manager Intern/Apprentice (Twitter & Discord) 1. Community Engagement: Interact with our community on Twitter and Discord. Respond to comments and queries in a timely manner, and monitor customer reviews. 2. Content Creation: Generate, edit, publish, and share engaging content daily (e.g., original text, photos, videos, and news). Organize regular community events and initiatives to keep members engaged and informed. 3. Community Growth: Implement strategies to grow and expand our community on Twitter and Discord platforms. This may include partnerships, promotions, or collaborations. 4. Community Moderation: Oversee and control the conversation within the community to ensure guidelines and rules are adhered to. Manage conflicts and handle community disputes diplomatically. 5. Feedback Analysis: Monitor and report on feedback and online reviews from the community. Liaise with the team to ensure community feedback is acknowledged and considered in our products/services development. 6. Web3 Ecosystem Understanding: Utilize understanding of Web3 technologies to guide, educate, and inform our community. Provide updates and news about the impact of the Web3 ecosystem on our projects. 7. Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze the success of community engagement (e.g., return on investment and member acquisition), using community engagement tools, social media marketing tools, and Google Analytics.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English - Excellent writing skills - Knowledge of online marketing and marketing channels - Attention to detail, critical-thinker and problem-solver - Ability to identify and track relevant community metrics - Experience with Web3 and blockchain technologies is a plus - Ability to interpret website traffic - Knowledge of Discord, Twitter and social media best practices - Good interpersonal and mediation skills
