Job Description

1. Conduct data-driven analysis of platform performance, user behavior, market trends (global) and competitive landscape to identify growth models; proactively gather user, community feedback and competitor information/data locally to optimize services. 2. Use and maintain data tools to track, monitor and evaluate marketing campaign performance, including impact and effectiveness, through data analysis, A/B testing and user feedback. 3. Know advertising channels, master advertising on various platforms., run competitive analysis to actively manage ads with reasonable budgets and be responsible for new user acquisition results. 4. Understand SEO and ASA processes and channels, oversee global targets and progress. 5. Familiar with social media algorithms and traffic strategies, and able to provide growth recommendations. 6. Comprehensive understanding of Web3 users, able to classify and analyze user groups based on company goals, and design targeted growth plans including traffic channels, landing page guidance and activation campaigns. 7. Understand industry ecosystem, identify potential influencers and their key audience, design collaborations to acquire targeted traffic and increase company revenue. 8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g. brand, product, customer support, data) to implement growth plans including marketing campaigns, partner initiatives, operational improvement in community engagement, and data-driven growth strategies. 9. Stay updated on crypto market best practices, industry trends and competitor activities, identify hot topics and design traffic campaigns accordingly. 10. Provide both the product and community dept. constructive and actionable suggestions and plans for user growth.

Job Requirements

1. 3+ years experience in crypto exchanges or projects, preferably in growth, marketing, user operations. 2. In-depth Web3 experience, strong understanding and hands-on experience in user growth. 3. You have self-motivation and strategic thinking, strong learning ability, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and are versatile and hard-working. 4. Excellent verbal and written English. 5. Adaptable to remote work. 6. Able to start immediately preferred.
