Job Description

1. Foster a positive and engaged community by actively interacting with members, answering questions, and addressing concerns. 2. Encourage meaningful discussions and provide valuable insights to create a vibrant community. 3. Utilize data and analytics to track progress and make informed decisions for growth. 4. Monitor and moderate discussions to ensure they adhere to community guidelines and standards. 5. Gather and analyze feedback from the community to provide insights for product improvements or marketing strategies.

Job Requirements

1. Proven experience managing online communities such as telegram, discord, etc. 2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 3. Knowledge of community management best practices and social media trends. 4. Flexible work attitude 5. Adaptable, fast learner 6. All night shift
