Operations Assistant, Brand Ambassador Program (EA & SADC regions only) -Work closely with Regional Marketing Managers and Team lead to ensure alignment between country plans and program priorities -Monitor and analyze locally organized marketing campaigns/events and provide support for the success of each campaign/event -Contribute to developing program initiatives by providing timely data and insights -Assist in providing updates and monthly reporting on implementation processes and key success metrics of the BA program. -Support the daily administration tasks within the team.
-A background in marketing / business administration or a similar field. -Experience in growing, managing and scaling communities is an added advantage. -Demonstrate excellent organizational skills. -Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously. -Ability to work independently and take initiative, with a proactive and solutions-oriented mindset. -Previous experience in Financial Technology or related domains is highly desirable. -Possess professional maturity and sensitivity to different cultures and impeccable integrity that exemplify YC’s values
