-Work with the Growth team to execute data analysis for reports, social media, and other key stakeholders. -Create custom charts and graphics based on original and unique data analysis that you will be responisble for owning. -Manage the Step Data Insights social media accounts. -Create, manage, and own the end-to-end process of creating and distributing quarterly Solana ecosystem data reports. -Create, manage, and own the end-to-end process of creating and distributing Weekly Step Data Insights Newsletters. -Work with the Growth team to identify new ways we can expand our data distribution.
-Crypto and Solana Native. This is critical. You must understand the ecosystem inside and out, key protocols, and be up to speed on all the latest trends. -Proficient in understanding traditional finance, macro trends, and there impact on crypto -Well-versed at creating custom graphs/charts using charting tools as well as excel -Data-driven, curious, and interested in finding the answers to nuanced data questions -A gritty team-player who is ready to roll-up your sleeves and help regardless of the job description. -Totally fluent in English
