Job Description: 1. Develop the long-term strategic planning, operational policies, incentive mechanisms, and optimize internal governance of the DAO. 2. Attract top global technical and business talents to join the DAO. 3. Coordinate internal and external resources to drive the industrialization of technology projects funded by the DAO.

Job Requirements

Qualifications: 1. Hold a degree in science or engineering. 2. Effectively build relationships with tech founders and tech investors. 3. Understand the philosophy of DAO and know how to establish an ecosystem within an incubator. 4. Prior experience in technology incubation is preferred, or significant experience in high-tech company management, with at least executive-level experience. Top product managers with cross-disciplinary product thinking and operational capabilities, as well as those with cross-domain investment experience, are preferred. 5. Familiarity with DAO governance, operational models, and incentive mechanisms is a plus. 6. Excellent spoken and written English, proficiency in Mandarin is preferred. Strong innovation and entrepreneurial spirit, outstanding communication and coordination skills, and leadership style are essential.
