Telegram Community Manager Intern - Build a proactive community management strategy and apply best practices of online community management across channels, including reinforcing our community guidelines for users, managing individual user situations, tracking and reporting on metrics, monitoring competition, etc. - Take ownership with setting up community initiatives such as working groups, grants, meetups, and other initiatives. - Utilize our brand guidelines to shape written communications, translating the brand and message from high-level vision to detailed, professional-quality materials. - Partner with Product and Engineering to communicate software releases, and other technical updates and launches to the community. - Coordinate with Marketing PR teams to ensure brand consistency and provide insights about industry, competitors, and relevant topics found online. - Able to vet and onboard scalable software solutions to support communication channels, such as Discord, Telegram, Clubhouse etc. (i.e. bots, scripts, and other plugins) - Be active in key communities (ex. NFTs, Blockchain, Crypto...) across key verticals (ex. Metaverse, Gaming, Art) - Create meaningful engagement within the community by coming up with innovative ideas, strategic marketing campaigns & branding build-up. - Liaise with community group leaders and Key Opinion Leaders. - Channel potential partnership opportunities to the right people. - Assist in marketing and events. - Advice on and implement localized strategies.
- 2+ years of experience in community management or communications. - Is a detail-oriented self-starter who can project manage effectively. - Has a genuine interest in NFT, DeFi, Blockchain, and cryptocurrencies. - Strong verbal and written communication skills, ability to collaborate while also working independently. - Enjoys learning new platforms, demonstrates flexibility and prioritization skills in the daily work, and takes on whatever the day requires. - Exposure in Web3 / blockchain community outlets in the US, Asia, Europe... - Prior experience in building, growing, and managing communities. - Active in the Crypto communities on Telegram/Twitter, Discord, Reddit, Clubhouse… - Comfortable using decentralized Crypto software such as Metamask, DEXs Liquidity Pools, etc.) - Be process-driven, detail orientated but also pragmatic and service focused. - Competent in working in a fast-paced environment with multiple teams. - Key Skills: punctuality, reliability, communication. - Must be able to work 9 am - 5 pm PST
