Brief Description: As a HRBP Specialist focusing on Web 3, you will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and retaining top-tier talent to contribute to our company's growth and success. You will be part of a dynamic HR team and collaborate closely with hiring managers to build a workforce that thrives in the ever-evolving Web 3 ecosystem. Job Responsibilities: Responsible for end to end recruitment process from selection to onboarding and ensuring timely communication of information and diversity of recruitment channels. Screen the resumes, conduct preliminary communication and interviews with the applicants, and evaluate their suitability for the job requirements. Organize and coordinate the interview process, communicate with relevant department heads, arrange interview time, and ensure the smooth progress of the entire interview process. Responsible for all preparations before new employees join the company, including background checks, contract signing, etc., to ensure a smooth onboarding process. Regularly inform employees about the company's recruitment policies, procedures and other information, answer employees' concerns, and improve employees' understanding and trust of the recruitment process. Continue to pay attention to changes in the talent market, look for new recruitment channels, and establish and maintain cooperative relationships with relevant institutions, universities, etc.

Job Requirements

Job Requirements: Bachelor degree or above in human resources management, psychology and other related majors are preferred More than 2 years of recruitment experience in fintech or web 3 Have good communication skills, organization and coordination skills, and team spirit Familiar with the recruitment process and have good interview skills and talent assessment capabilities Have keen insight into the market talent situation and be able to flexibly respond to recruitment challenges Applicants who are proficient in using Office software and have experience in using recruitment management systems will be given priority Able to converse in Chinese and English and work in alternate Saturday Based in Malaysia
