Job Description

1.负责web3产品C端的产品设计，从功能、需求梳理，到设计策略及执行的全流程工作，构建设计竞争力; 2.和产品经理一起构思创意，提供具备优质产品体验的整体解决方案; 3.时刻关注并分析海内外流行C端产品的设计趋势，研究目标用户需求，体验诉求与审美倾向，并优化现有产品。 4.对产品数据的变化与用户预期管理有极高的敏感度，能灵活度量产品的整体体验水平，提出改进建议; 5.能合理听取内外部各方对设计的建议，给予合理的评估和理性的分析、回馈、优化;

Job Requirements

岗位要求 1.熟悉时下流行的交互设计标准和规范；有自己的审美和风格具备敏锐的流行趋势嗅觉，自带成熟的输入与吸收「优秀设计」的渠道; 2.互联网产品的 UI/UX 交互设计的实际经验; 3.熟练掌握 Adobe Creative Suites, Figma, Sketch 或其它你认为更顺手的工具; 4.熟悉前端技术原理及对网页程序交互实现的基本理解; 5.对前沿科技产品的设计探索有浓厚兴趣，自我驱动力强，具有良好沟通及展示能力，进行有效跨团队沟通，获取资源就位及分享上线功能; 6.具备较成熟的产品思维和极强的用户同理心，能深度参与用户需求调研和产品设计验证工作中; 加分项 1.享受并熟悉从0到1搭建产品交互的过程 2.觉得自己是工程师，也是艺术家，拥有手绘插画的能力 3.Dribble 、站酷 、Behance 等设计师平台高质量用户 4.有平面设计、3D 建模、CG 渲染的经验 Across all roles, we expect candidates to: respect the fast-paced and deadline-driven startup culture take ownership and be self-motivated have strong communication and problem-solving skills be collaborative and a good team player
