We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Crypto Project Researcher to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, scouting, outreaching and onboarding new and promising IDO projects and KOLs, ensuring they align with SafeLaunch's standards and goals.. Key Responsibilities: - Project Identification: Actively search for and identify potential IDO projects within the crypto space, with a keen focus on sectors like GameFi, DeFi, DePIN, and more - Lead generation : Lead generation of new projects in the markets through cold outreach and aggregation of the deals from the partners. - Outreaching : Outreach the project through all social media channels and other ways and establish the initial contact and create a gc and add the team - KPI Achievement: Meet or exceed the key performance indicator of creating a deep lead funnel of high-quality projects and Top KOLs to SafeLaunch

Job Requirements

- Profound knowledge of the crypto sector, including emerging trends and key areas such as GameFi, DeFi, DePIN, etc. - Proven track record of identifying and evaluating successful crypto projects. - Excellent analytical, research, and communication skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
