Job Description

Chinese, Turkish, Russian, Spanish, Japanese, Korean languages accepted only. Candidates must speak English as well. Our mission is to realize mass adoption of Web3 through user-centric products. We aim to leverage the decentralized features of crypto to meet specific user demands and address specific user pain points, creating products with real product market fit. We see gaming and social as our first segment to form our core user base. With that we are ready to expand into more markets. We are looking for Community Moderators, who will be helping with Marketing, Social Media campaigns, as well as Business Development Operations. 2 weeks non-paid probation period, followed by paid job.

Job Requirements

Roles and responsibilities: - Must always be updated and familiar with Sidekick’s project, brand, and products. - In-charge of community moderation inside Sidekick’s Discord and Telegram community. Moderation includes: - General chat channels and your own specific language channel - Chat’s security, vigilance, looking out for scam/spam accounts - Maintain community’s server rules, peace, take actions on FUD or troll accounts - Be friendly and engage in meaningful conversations with the members. Repeated bot-like responses are not tolerated. - Localised translations of project announcement, user guides, and tutorials to your specific local channels, both discord and telegram - Pin the important and latest announcements inside your local channel - Execution of community activities, ensuring participation of the members, both general and local community members - Moderators should send out reminders to users to join, if they haven’t yet - Guide members to correct channels and/or how to join the events - Discord ticket inquiries. For any bug or technical issues, you must forward the concern to dedicated people - Must be active with the project team’s communication for work efficiency and accuracy.
