Job Description

Job responsibilities 1. Go deep into the business department, understand the business strategies and goals, and proactively obtain the business department’s human resources work demands; 2. Combined with the needs of business departments, provide and implement effective solutions in all aspects of human resources; 3. Conduct talent inventory of business departments, pay attention to the cultivation, development and improvement of key talents, help business departments build talent echelons, and promote the development of organizations and talents; 4. Reasonably optimize department staffing, and do a good job in personnel recruitment, department integration, promotion and development, exit interviews, abnormal problem handling, etc.; 5. Actively interact with business departments, communicate effectively in various forms, ensure the effective transmission of internal information, and gradually establish a benign internal communication mechanism; 6. Experience in web3 is preferred.

Job Requirements

1. 23-35 years old and below; 2. Bachelor degree or above, majoring in human resources, labor security and other related fields is preferred; 3. More than 2 years of HRBP work experience; 4. Have practical experience in Internet enterprise recruitment; 5. Have entrepreneurial spirit, strong ability to withstand pressure, be outgoing, proactive, confident, good at communication, and work hard to achieve team goals.
