Job Description

Growth Operations Manager • Manage and develop user journey, working on user conversion and life cycle management • Create user growth strategy via cross-functional cooperation, data analysis and capitalizing trend • Design and carry out effective campaigns to boost user acquisition and trading volume • Develop and manage growth tools e.g. reward hub, referral program and in-house media resources • Work with product team to develop and improve growth product and tools

Job Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in growth and user operations in crypto or internet industry • Proven track record in user acquisition, engagement, and retention strategies, with demonstrated success in growth metrics • Strong analytical skills with experience in using data to drive decision-making and optimize strategies • Strong communication and Cross-functional collaboration skills • Bachelor’s Degree or above, English as working language, mandarin is a plus
