Must-haves 3+ years of experience in business development or GTM role in web3 Desire and demonstrated ability to independently craft and execute a GTM strategy to acquire web3 and non-web3 teams to build on protocols. Passion for building, a bias for action, and are excited by uncertainty Strong written and verbal communication skills Nice-to-haves Startup experience
