Responsibilities Design and develop security conscious cloud infrastructure Design, advise and develop redundantly secure software systems such as for transaction processing or KYC Write highly secure, testable, and efficient code Perform internal security reviews Make informed technical and product decisions that tradeoffs between security and usability Implement, review and improve internal infosec and incident response policies/procedures Help the firm stay compliant as a financial institution in the context of infosec

Job Requirements

3+ years of professional software development experience 1+ years of professional devops experience (can overlap) 1+ years of professional infosec experience (can overlap) Significant experience working in a infosec role at a fintech company Significant experience working on production software products Significant experience working with golang and rust or other strongly typed languages Significant experience working on cloud infrastructure, preferably AWS Interest in cryptocurrency, blockchain or financial services A desire to balance security and continuous delivery Ability to exercise technical and product judgment in solving technical and policy roadblocks Collaborative working style, you are energized by and enjoy discussing and planning with others, both synchronously and asynchronously Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to collaborate, share ideas and present concepts effectively Self-starter, you enjoy high ownership fast pace environments and
