The right candidate has - 4+ years of software engineering experience - 1+ years of experience with building blockchain core technology - 1+ years of experience writing Go with a good understanding of best practices, its concurrency primitives, go/* packages, and reflection - A strong grasp of computer science fundamentals including network, storage, OS, data structures, transpilers/compilers, etc. Nice to have - Experience building with Cosmos SDK, WASM, Tendermint. - Experience creating high throughput low latency systems - Contribution to open-source projects
