Insrt Labs is building the access layer for non-fungible digital asset DeFi Our protocol is an aggregation, abstraction and simplification layer for users to participate in metaverse capital markets. - We are a team of operators who have previously worked at OlympusDAO, Drift, UXD, Premia Finance, UBS, Merrill Lynch and more - We are building demand-side liquidity infrastructure for non-fungible assets, initially starting with NFT PFPs and other collectibles - We are a globally distributed and remote organization operating across all corners of the world - We have raised a $2.2m pre-seed round from investors who have previously funded 0x, Alchemy, Lyra Finance and others Lead Product Designer About the role - Utilize your full range of product design and user interface design skills, from ideation with product managers to working with engineers implementing your detailed mocks, to produce best-in-class UX/UI that helps define a cutting-edge DeFi product - You will design and maintain the components, interactions, transitions, and design patterns as part of a Design System to ensure quality, consistency, and to ensure efficient collaboration with engineering - Share and collaborate with product managers, and engineers (frontend, backend, and blockchain) to iteratively improve the features and functionality that we offer our users
What we expect - You have more than 2.5 years of experience in shipping great products - Expert knowledge of user-centered design principles - Proven proficiency with Figma, Photoshop, or other design tools - Skilled in Prototyping experiences - You enjoy having ownership over everything you ship and are passionate about creating intuitive, fun, user experiences - Strong portfolio that demonstrates your ability to find intuitive and customer-centric solutions to problems or opportunities that have existed in your previous or current role Nice to haves - Understanding of decentralized finance and popular crypto products (e.g. staking, options, yield farming, etc.) - You’ve interacted with on-chain protocols - Foundational knowledge regarding finance - High level understanding of frontend development process & tools
