1. Build complex, modern applications with elegant, consistent and efficient functionalities for our customers 2. 1. 3+ years of programming experience 2. 3+ years relevant experience building applications or similar experience 3. Experience building type-safe, scalable distributed systems 4. Understanding and knowledge of software architectures across the front-end, back-end, and the APIs that glue them 5. Passionate about code quality, continuous delivery, automated testing 6. Ability to work in an agile environment and challenging yourself and your team to improve their ways of working 7. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and ability to communicate ideas clearly across all technical and non technical audiences 8. Teamwork and mentorship 9. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, relevant technical field, or equivalent practical experience
