Key Responsibilities 1. Work with the owners to develop and execute the financial strategy of the company 2. Plan and execute the token launch in 2023 3. Oversee all matters related to accounting and finance 4. Develop a cash flow projection process and reporting to ensure adequate capital for operating needs 1. Develop analysis and reporting on key performance indicators 2. Manage the annual planning process and long-term business planning 3. Manage the banking relationship and reporting to the bank 4. Ensure internal controls and related processes 5. Identify opportunities to improve processes and increase profitability 6. Clear a path for growth, form new relationships, drive measurable value, and establish core financial processes and reporting requirements. 7. Develop, implement, and monitor financial control systems and policies to ensure that financial goals are communicated to each business department
1. Background in accounting or finance strongly preferred 2. At least 5 years or more in related experience required, ideally with experience in a token launch 3. Knowledge in Web3/blockchain projects 4. Entrepreneurial Spirit 5. Experience leading and managing a team 6. Exceptional communication skills 7. Results-oriented, analytical thinker and planner 8. Excellent time management skills with ability to meet deadlines. 9. Knowledge of business law as it pertains to contracts. 10. Proficiency in Excel, Datstudio and other financial software 11. Advanced financial reporting, monthly close, AP/AR oversight, tax skills
