Senior Product Designer 1. Drive and conduct user research & assumptions tests to improve products based on systemic feedback evaluation, 2. Establish a design organization from the ground up in order to build a best-in-class web application, 3. Solve novel user interaction issues related to cross-chain applications, 4. Create high-quality wireframes, mocks, and interactive prototypes to help define the best solutions, 5. Ensure the products we ship are consistent with our design and branding standards, 6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends.
1. You’re product and UX-minded. You have a sense of great user experience and feel when something is off. You care deeply about efficient product flows and how the things you build make people feel. You enjoy thinking about brand personality, but put user experience before brand expression. 2. You’re a product and design enthusiast. You’re curious about new products and often try things out before your friends do. You take note when you find interesting design solutions in the wild. You draw inspiration from the analog world too, and paging through a well-designed book can make you excited. 3. You have experience working with digital interfaces. You enjoy using Figma or similar tools in your day-to-day work. 4. You’re productive, create quality design and direct yourself in day-to-day work. We release updates to production every day. You can break down big projects into small deliverables. You care about the outcome and take a pragmatic approach to deliver it. You value feedback, but don’t need to be told what to do, and are proactive picking up work yourself.
