- Develop and execute data-driven growth strategies and experiments across multiple channels to drive user acquisition, retention, and monetization - Responsible for campaign setup, execution, reporting, and optimization to drive performance indicators with game objectives - Test, discover, and untap new paid and organic acquisition channels - Drive community-led growth efforts - Work closely with community management and creative teams to create and manage campaigns and events to drive new audiences - Build and manage relationships with partners and vendors to expand our reach and maximize growth opportunities - Provide optimal budget forecasting and/or allocations recommendations across programmatic and/or paid social media channels, leveraging first-party and any third-party data, with the focus of achieving maximum reach, scale, engagement effectiveness, and performance efficiency

- +1 year of experience in the gaming industry - Experience with marketing planning, audience strategy, and channel planning, coupled with strong analytical and creative thinking - Passionate about solving problems, someone who is very proactive, full of ideas, loves games and has a startup spirit - Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment - Proven track record of driving user acquisition and engagement through a variety of marketing channels and tactics - Good knowledge of user acquisition platforms (Facebook Ads, Google Adwords, Ad networks, DSPs, etc.) - Curious about web3
