- Work with the design team to plan and oversee the development of the FPS shooter, conducting daily check-ins, tracking progress, and leading end of sprint retrospectives - Ensure that the development is on schedule and manage any necessary modifications to the schedule - Utilize best practices to ensure the most effective development processes are in place and continuously improve them as needed - Create weekly reports that track progress and identify areas for improvement, and present these to the team and stakeholders - Coordinate with QA and support teams to maximize efficiency and effectiveness - Manage the product roadmap and make necessary modifications as required to ensure the project stays on track
- Strong experience in mobile game development, bonus if focused on FPS shooters - Solid knowledge of the mobile gaming market and an understanding of current trends and advancements - Passion for gaming and a deep understanding of what makes a great mobile gaming experience - Self-starter with excellent autonomous problem-solving skills - Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment and lead cross-functional teams - Several years of experience in the gaming industry, with a proven track record of delivering successful mobile games
