IR Director 1. General planning offundraising, set goals for fundraising, develop and maintain external relationships with various financial institutions including but not limited to financial institutions in and out of Mainland China, family offices, third-party wealth management firms and all other potential venuesfor fundraising; 2. GTM and strategic planning for fundraising of different financial products, screen and locate the best feasible group of investors and ensure the whole fundraising process is on track; 3. Oversee the planning and execution offundraising transactions. coordinate with relevant departments, maintain regular operations of funds, properly and closely follow up on existing funds and projects; 4. Maintain close relationships with investors, oversee the complete cycle offunds, make routine visits and conduct close connection with institutional investors:
1. 3+ years of experience in Fundraising / lnvestor Relations roles, 5+ years of experience working as institutional sales within financial institutions(third-party wealth management firms, exchanges, hedge funds, mutualfunds securities and investment institutions or FOF. etc): familiar with all types of financial vehicles offered on secondary market, must have perfect sales skills and proven sales record 2. Must have established connections with credible sources of investors for fundraising including but not limited to commercial banks, sovereign funds, high net-worth individuals, PE,FOF, public companies, large enterprises, third-party wealth management firms, etc. 3. Must have strong initiative and capability for business development on high-end client groups and venues; strong in client relationship maintenance and excellent skills on channel management; strong business acumen. critical thinking and analytical skills on finding the right client. 4. Strong sense of service and time, master of negotiation. 5. Currently based in HK is a plus.
