职位描述

1. Ensure that all internal Syntropy operations run smoothly and that processes are put in place to deliver performance, achieve goals and facilitate growth. 2. Drive various cross-functional initiatives, process improvements etc, supporting Syntropy’s operating side (including Marketing, Finance, Sales, HR) 3. Identify, initiate, manage, execute and see through projects end to end. Prioritize projects according to business needs. Ensure that the projects are tracking to time and expected quality standards 4. Keep track of the most important initiatives and work streams across the company and communicate the progress updates to relevant stakeholders 5. Engage and build relationships with stakeholders from different departments (including the executive team), to understand the individual and department needs, opportunities and priorities 6. Apply innovative approaches in managing organizational challenges in a manner which reflects the culture and values of the company 7. Take a proactive approach to everything you do - take on problems to find appropriate solutions, gather information and data, utilize business and external relationships 8. As you progress in the role, you will act as a thought partner, brainstorming & identifying solutions to challenges, and developing frameworks to help guide decision-making

1. Minimum of 3 years experience in an Operations role, ideally covering/touching a range of areas including Strategy, Operations, HR, Project Management, or alternatively significant experience relevant for this position. It is a great advantage if you have early startup/founder experience. 2. Outstanding organizational and project management skills - ability to run, track and deliver concurrent projects within expected timeframes and quality 3. Previous experience of reviewing internal company processes, identifying and executing process improvement initiatives. 4. Ability to build relationships with executives, department leads and other stakeholders to ensure company-wide alignment. 5. Ability to work autonomously. 6. Strong work ethic. 7. Excellent communication skills. 8. Crypto industry experience with an understanding of Blockchain, current market trends, Web 3.0, DAOs and DeFi would be advantageous.
