Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Project Manager (Web3 Marketing) to join our growing Web3 company. As the Project Manager (Web3 Marketing), you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to grow and engage a Web3/NFT-centric community in China. You will work closely with the Project & Marketing team and other external partners to create and implement initiatives that drive user acquisition, retention, and loyalty. The key project you will be working on is an NFT GameFi project.
Responsibilities: Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets for marketing initiatives related to the project Coordinate with cross-functional teams, external partners, and stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation of marketing campaigns Ensure effective collaboration, clear communication and timely delivery of project milestones Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to team members to maximise their potential and drive project success Build and manage relationships with key community members, influencers, and partners Collaborate with Project & Marketing team to create engaging content and campaigns that resonate with the China community Prepare regular project status reports, including key milestones, risks, and performance metrics Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in the Web3 space Requirements: Experienced in project management, preferably in the Web3 industry or related field Demonstrated success in developing and executing marketing strategies for the China market Experience in developing and executing project management tools Self-motivated and driven to achieve targets and deliver results Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Familiarity with the Web3/NFT industry Familiarity with managing platforms like Weibo, Xiao Hong Shu & WeChat Fluency in both written and verbal Mandarin and English Job Type: Full-Time Paid Position Working Hours: Mon to Fri, 9:00am to 6:00pm Expected Work Commitment: Immediate Office: Central Singapore, 048616 If you are passionate about the Web3 space, have a deep understanding of the China market, and possess strong project management and marketing skills, we would love to hear from you.
