Collaborate with product management and engineering to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and experience. Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to iterate on design solutions. Use midjourney as a source of inspiration and benchmark for design ideas. Present and defend designs and key milestone deliverables to peers and executive-level stakeholders.
Proven UX/UI design experience with a strong portfolio, preferably in the tech/finance space. Proficiency in Photoshop, Figma, and other design tools. Experience in creating NFT designs is highly desirable. Knowledge and passion for the Web3 industry. Self-driven and proactive with a commitment to delivering high-quality design solutions. Experience working in a remote environment and ability to collaborate effectively with a dispersed team. Strong communication skills to effectively articulate design concepts and strategies.
