The main responsibilities of this role include supporting the recruitment process, managing salary budgets, processing expense reports, and handling other administrative tasks as needed. Responsibilities: - Assist with the recruitment process by scheduling interviews, communicating with candidates, and maintaining applicant records. - Manage salary budgets by tracking expenses and preparing reports for review. - Process expense reports for employees and ensure compliance with company policies. - Handle various administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing files. - Assist with special projects as needed.
Requirements: - Currently enrolled in a degree program or recently graduated. - Strong organizational and communication skills. - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. - Detail-oriented and able to maintain confidentiality. - Prior experience in an administrative role is preferred but not required.
