Operations Manager - Feed (Intern) ·Coordinate and execute campaigns and projects with internal stakeholders from start to finish to engage content creators. ·Create community growth programs and execute marketing initiatives to enhance brand awareness and community interaction through collaborations with creators. ·Support internal teams on campaign initiatives and coordinate project management. ·Maintain and evolve day-to-day communication and operating procedures with creators. ·Stay updated with the latest trends, news, and developments in the crypto industry, identify emerging crypto trends and track competitor activities. -自始至终与内部利益相关者协调并执行活动和项目，以吸引内容创作者。 -创建社区发展计划并执行营销活动，通过与创作者合作提高品牌知名度和社区互动性。 -支持内部团队开展活动并协调项目管理。 -维护和发展与创作者的日常沟通和操作程序。 -了解加密行业的最新趋势、新闻和发展，识别新兴加密趋势并跟踪竞争对手的活动。
