- Create and maintain an original social content strategy - Plan and develop social media campaigns around storytelling content, products, brand activations, IRL events, and partnerships - Collaborate with the Social Media Lead to craft content strategies, specifically written content for Twitter, Newsletter, Discord, etc. - Run social media channels by curating content, scheduling posts, and managing the social calendar - Manage reporting tools (such as Sprout Social) and analytics to evaluate strategic success of social media campaigns - Translate content performance into actionable insights and enhance engagement metrics on all social channels - Engage the Cool Cats community in dialogue, in partnership with our Community Management team - Coordinate tasks with the team to ensure timely, quality, on-brand deliverables - Execute on marketing plans in partnership with the Social Media Lead, understanding the best way to format content to fit each channel - Support the creation of social marketing materials, including written content for Twitter and Discord - Stay on top of trends in the marketing, gaming, and web3 industries; present market-driven insights to the broader team - Drive social engagement by managing social media channels daily and engaging with the community - Ensure that all outgoing communication reflects our brand tone and voice and provide guidance to team members about best practices

职位要求

- Based in United States or Canada - 2+ years of digital marketing experience - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Excellent time management and organizational skills - Ability to effectively manage multiple projects in collaboration with cross-functional teams and partners - A self-starter mentality with the drive to learn and grow - Basic working knowledge of Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite - Deep knowledge of social media channels: Twitter, Instagram, Discord, and TikTok - Passion and knowledge of the web3 space
