As a Web3 developer platform salesperson, you will help developers and companies accelerate product development on our infrastructure, driving the development of the entire blockchain industry. You will be leading one of the fastest growing companies in the blockchain field. You will be responsible for owning the entire sales process, including bringing potential customers all the way to the deal. Responsibilities: -Establish and own the entire sales process, including negotiation and contract closure, customer retention, renewal, additional sales, and customer satisfaction -Engage with potential customers, understand their needs, and explain how the product addresses their needs -Contact new customers through various communication channels to make them excited about introductory calls -Prove the ability to develop long-term and trustworthy strategic relationships with senior management and technical personnel -Own, manage, and use CRM reports: Ensure that the system is up-to-date and all relevant metrics are input.
What we are looking for is -Experience in SaaS/API/web3 data sales -Knowledge and enthusiasm for the cryptocurrency/blockchain industry -Having a self motivated attitude and the ability to independently execute new ideas -Have a strong desire to work in sales for early-stage startup companies -Able to operate independently and proactively, striving to find and promote new businesses -Excellent listening, oral, and written communication skills, with English approaching native language proficiency -Able to understand customer pain points and requirements, and connect potential business with the value that technical services can provide -Experience in managing multiple requests and time requirements simultaneously Preferred Qualifications -More than 2 years of Saas/B2b sales experience -Having overseas experience and good English speaking/writing skills -Strong autonomy and professional success experience, able to work in fast-paced and demanding environments -Experience with Web3 -Experience in startups
