- Business and market intelligence - Analyze on chain to draw business insights, through various data sources or through Dune - Competitive intelligence and customer analytics - Analyze our data, database, user behavior, and users transactions (among other things) - Owning all our data efforts and working with our backend team to build data pipelines - Implement and maintain (marketing/sales) dashboards for our B2B clients - Structure complex datasets along business operations and translate them into solutions - Showcase results and solutions to both internal teams and external clients/partners - Develop and steer end-to-end data streams across departments - Work with and influence cross-functional teams including Marketing, Product, Development and Sales

-Must be located in between the GMT/GMT+7 timezone -Solid and deep understanding of the blockchain space -At least 3 years of experience working with data and stakeholders to solve business problems -Strong proficiency in Python or Typescript, SQL (primarily for Dune) -Ideally proficient in Excel/Google Sheets, MongoDB, Graphs, Subgraphs -Great communication and analytical skills, able to collaborate with technical and non-technical team members -Proactivity, strong ability to work well within a team and to be self-guided on a day-to-day basis -Ability to gather and translate business requirements into technical solutions, and explain technical concepts to a non-technical audience -Strong verbal and writing skills in English to allow effective communication with team members and stakeholders in meetings, presentations, and documents -Great at telling a story through factual data -Self-starter, hands-on and comfortable with ambiguity
