Institutional Research Analyst -Conduct thorough research and analysis to provide data-driven insights to our clients. -Use Python and SQL to collect, clean, and analyze large datasets related to tokenized real-world assets. -Design and implement tools and processes to support our research efforts. -Collaborate with other members of the team to author insightful, long-form research reports. -Facilitate communication across teams and products to assure data alignment. -Identify current gaps and work with stakeholders to onboard new data sets. -Contribute to RWA.xyz research content, including charting and visual support. -Provide support to internal and external clients and stakeholders on RWA.xyz functionality and data content within dashboard construction and maintenance.
-Demonstrated project, work experience, or coursework that shows your interest and knowledge in the financial markets. -Experience conducting research and relaying findings in a succinct, concise manner with the ability to identify key industry performance indicators, players, and trendsetters. -Knowledge of accounting principles, interpreting financial statements, and exposure to quantitative financial analysis. -Intermediate proficiency in Python or SQL. -Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills. -The ability to thrive and deliver in a dynamic environment. -An ability to meet deadlines, logically tackle problems, and set priorities.
