Plan and execute a variety of community, game, and partnership events, including contests, competitions, and airdrops. Collaborate closely with both our game development team and external partners to ensure the seamless execution of events. Analyze event outcomes and provide insightful recommendations for enhancements. Showcase creativity, coordination, and problem-solving skills. Must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in the gaming industry and a deep understanding of gaming communities. Fluent in both English and Chinese. In-depth knowledge of Southeast Asian culture, with local project experience preferred. Demonstrate a strong work ethic, self-discipline, and the ability to thrive in a remote work environment. Proficiency in Discord community management is a plus.
