-Proven experience in business development, sales, or related roles within the technology sector, Web3 and Blockchain experience preferred. -Strong understanding of market research techniques and data analysis. -Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. -Demonstrated ability to build and maintain successful client relationships. -Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and results-driven. -Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. -Proficiency in using CRM software and Office suite. -Experience with Telegram and Discord apps. -This is a remote position and open for any location in Europe. -Experience in DeFi/Web3 is required to be considered and those currently working in Web3 firms will have a strong advantage.
