1. Responsible for developing appropriate DevOps solutions based on the company's research and development situation and business needs. 2. Responsible for working closely with business and brother departments, and jointly promoting the implementation of DevOps solutions with domestic and foreign experts in related fields. Including training and empowering at the organizational level. 3. Responsible for the construction of the R & D process toolchain, including but not limited to: process sorting, request management, project management, CICD, test management, release management, continuous improvement, etc., to improve the overall R & D efficiency; 4. Responsible for implementing agile and DevOps concepts, tools, processes, best practices, etc. to the project/team. 5. Responsible for formulating DevOps performance indicators, establishing a research and development efficiency measurement system through effective technical and management methods.
1、Full-time undergraduate degree or above, major in computer science, communication, or related fields. 2. More than 5 years of DevOps experience, familiar with K8S and Container Technology, familiar with the operation of common Cloud as a Service vendors such as AWS, Alibaba Cloud Ali Cloud Aliyun; 3. Strong organizational and communication skills, able to sink into the business team, deeply understand processes and pain points, and contribute to process and tool construction or related improvement points. 4. Familiar with commonly used software such as Git/Gitlab/K8S/Jenkins/Jira, or have relevant project experience. 5. English proficiency at CET6 or above Any of the following is preferred: 1. Priority will be given to those with agile and DevOps related certifications. 2. Candidates with CICD for large-scale embedded products and experience in DevOps-related tool development and process construction are preferred. 3. Organizational-level R & D efficiency measurement and improvement, with 0-to-1 promotion and implementation experience of relevant tools preferred. 4. Those with overseas or foreign company work experience are preferred.
