职位描述

1. Develop a long-term vision and strategy for the team to exceed the Net Income retention rate and the team's activation goals. 2. Establish the internal systems and processes required for CSM to succeed and take care of Client Server. 3. Ensure effective transition and onboarding of new customers from pre-sales to after-sales. 4. Support the team through strategic advice on client plans and act as an executive sponsor in key relationships. 5. Work closely with the product team to ensure that customer feedback and pain points are heard and prioritized when needed.

职位要求

1、customer management, or other SaaS companies is preferred. Experience working in high-growth companies is preferred. 2. Excellent communication skills, CET6 or above English proficiency, able to communicate normally in spoken English. 3. Strong ability to explain contract, technical, and financial value points to clients (including administrative leaders). 4. Have a good record in negotiating, constructing, and executing complex sales agreements. 5. Sound business judgment, sales awareness, and experience in all stages of the B2B sales cycle. 6. Have a strong passion for Web3, with an extraordinary sense of ownership and a builder's mentality. It is best to have: Computer-related engineering background Experience with product-led growth and sales-led growth models.
