-Lead and manage Layer N’s various in person and online communities. -Manage and oversee a global team of community managers and moderators to effectively engage the community. -Develop a community growth strategy. -Plan and execute community events, both in person and online. -Ensure efficient communication between the needs and feedback of the community, and the product development team. -Attend industry events and conferences to represent the company and network. -Build key relationships and partnerships with other communities.
-Experience as a hands-on community lead, head of community, and or events/ group organizer -Genuine excitement about cultivating and building communities -Ability to take autonomy and ownership -Deep understanding of L2s, and crypto -Strong creative thinking -Excellent communication abilities
The base salary range for this full-time position is $50k - $120k
