Campaign design and execution: -Develop comprehensive campaign plans with performance tracking systems. -Work closely with the events manager to develop on-the-ground campaigns with broader marketing efforts.. -Collaborate creatively with the design team for compelling promotional creatives. -Collaborate with the social media team to ensure ample promotion. -Work closely with the digital marketing manager and other departments to optimize on-platform incentive structures. -Conduct testing and utilise data insights to refine and improve campaign effectiveness. 2. Affiliate marketing: -Implement strategies for building and maintaining strong relationships with influencers and affiliates. -Stay informed about industry trends and emerging influencers to ensure the continuous expansion of the affiliate network. -Collaborate with the digital marketing manager to implement innovative affiliate marketing strategies. -Track performance and optimise Cost per Acquisition (CPA).
-Proven Track Record: Demonstrate relevant experience with campaign design, preferably within the exchange industry or fintech. -Data Analysis Expertise: Showcase your ability to translate data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations. -Industry Knowledge: Maintain a good sense of general trends and practices around campaigns in the industry -Strategic Thinker: Demonstrate a strategic mindset with the ability to think critically and make data-driven decisions. -Fluent English: Demonstrate the ability to write and communicate fluently in English
