Events Manager 1. Event Planning and Execution: -Develop and execute comprehensive event plans, encompassing monthly Twitter Spaces, webinars, local meetups, and participation in conferences. -Collaborate with internal teams to align events with marketing and business objectives. -Manage all aspects of event logistics, from online coordination to physical venue selection and vendor collaboration. 2. Community Engagement: -Foster engagement within the cryptocurrency community through a variety of events, tailoring strategies to diverse formats. -Work collaboratively with the Campaign Manager to seamlessly integrate events into broader marketing campaigns. 3. Content Creation: -Collaborate closely with the content team to craft engaging event materials and presentations, ensuring alignment with the unique aspects of each format. -Ensure consistent messaging and branding across all event materials, maintaining a cohesive brand image. 4. Budget Management: -Efficiently manage event budgets for various formats, ensuring cost-effectiveness and optimal resource allocation. -Provide regular financial reports on event spending and return on investment for each format. 5. Post-Event Analysis: -Conduct post-event analysis to assess the success of each event and gather insights for continuous improvement. -Utilise data and attendee feedback to refine strategies for different event formats.
-Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Event Management, or a related field. -Proven experience in planning and executing various events, particularly in the cryptocurrency or fintech industry. -Strong project management and organisational skills tailored to different event formats. -Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities adaptable to online and offline settings. -Creativity in developing innovative event concepts for diverse audience segments. -Familiarity with cryptocurrency trends and market dynamics
