community manager(Korean) Manage, engage, and grow the community across various platforms including Twitter, Telegram, Kakaotalk, NAVER, etc Develop and execute community growth strategies to drive user growth and trading volume growth. Identify and build relationships with local KOLs/influencers/communities, projects, and other potential partners to promote LBank in the local market. Stay abreast of current content trends and consistently enhance content to amplify conversion rates. Work with in-house, or external agencies to support always-on content streams
Marketing and community management experience Proficient in Korean & English or Korean & Chinese Web3 experience required Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and define prioritization for multiple tasks High engagement and commitment to upholding the highest standards of performance and professionalism.
