1.At least 4 years of relevant experience in online and offline marketing within the Russia. 2.Strong affinity with crypto; experience in this sector is a plus. 3.Comprehensive knowledge of the Russia market and culture. 4.Experience in developing brand identity and creative campaigns. 5.Strong organizational skills and proven success in project management. 6.Independent, proactive, and data-driven in your approach. 7.Fluent in Russian and English.
