-Build and grow a robust paid media experimentation approach across creatives, search engine optimisation, landing page optimisation. -Manage and grow strategic marketing partner relationships, channel experimentation, audience messaging, and spend accountability. -Manage new media partnerships end-to-end to drive measurable growth. -Work on integrated campaign, starting with strategy, brief and working on executing and measuring performance. -Ideate, test, iterate, and optimise growth via paid acquisition, retargeting, and product optimisations across web and native-app growth channels. -Constantly work on new channels, creatives and other ideas for experimentation, optimisation and acquisition growth. -Work extensively with Data Dashboards to refine user experience and key metrics research. -Identify acquisition, retention, and commercial opportunities based on data, industry trends, and competitive environment.
-4+ years professional experience in analytics, preferably at a growth stage startup or a fintech company. -Experience managing a monthly budget of at least 1 crore or higher for paid marketing spend across digital platforms-Instagram, twitter, youtube. -A clear communicator - ability to express complex ideas clearly & succinctly. -Possess a strong ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team. -Relevant acquisition marketing experience, preferably growing a significant mobile customer base leveraging experimentation. -Experience in analytical and data visualization tools such as Hotjar, Tableau, Google Analytics, etc. -Strong analytical and quantitative skills; experience using data and metrics to test theories, confirm assumptions, and measure success. -An obsession for crypto and digital assets.
