-Proficiency in Swift and familiarity with iOS ecosystems with 4-5 years of experience. -Proven track record in designing and implementing complex iOS applications. -Be skilled in handling the complexities of iOS app development, including dealing with legacy code, integrating new technologies, and ensuring the app scales effectively across different devices and iOS versions. -Have a strong grasp of what constitutes high-quality code in iOS development such as readability, maintainability, and performance -The ability to evaluate different technical approaches, such as various architectural patterns (MVC, MVVM, VIPER) or third-party libraries, and make informed decisions considering the pros and cons of each, is crucial. -Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle ambiguity. -Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
