As a person, we believe you have: -Like us, you're a high performer who's an expert at your craft, constantly challenging the status quo -Strategic and out-of-the-box thinker with broad perspective and proven ability to execute -Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while multitasking, re-prioritizing projects, and communicating priority updates to stakeholders -3-6+ years' experience running business development at a Fitness/B2C/Tech company We value experience/knowledge in one or more of the following: -Extensive experience in the ownership of the full sales cycle from lead to close -Define business development strategy, ability to take broad concepts to form action plans, and execute on them -Establish and foster lasting relationships with customers, partners, and clients -Driven by results, with the ability to manage independently and take calculated risks -Able to educate customers on the value of STEPN throughout the adoption cycle -Identify customer needs and collaborate with STEPN teammates to ensure customer success -Communicate and organize/raise issues appropriately including billing, legal, security, onboarding, and technical inquiries -Serve as the voice of the customer and collect feedback to drive continuous improvement across all areas including product
