Define event development strategy, ability to take broad concepts to form action plans, and execute on them. - Seasoned history of defining event strategy and executional excellence. -Driven for results, with the ability to manage independently and take calculated risks -Oversee a variety of vendors, venue partners and internal teams to ensure they are working together to deliver a high-quality experience. 2. Demonstrate excellent decision-making, critical thinking and problem-solving capability in a very fast-paced environment. 3. Passion for building global programs and processes. 4. Ability to succeed in a fast-paced, innovative, and rapidly evolving industry and business organization.
