Executing impactful community initiatives that grow participation of our product and key programs such as referral and loyalty, and the setup and growth of a loyal Brand Ambassador group. 3. Curate user feedback into actionable product feature suggestions internally, as well as provide inputs into strategic initiatives and campaigns.
-1+ years working in DeFi directly in the management and growth of community channels -Solana bull, can explain the different players, why Solana, why you have convictions in the ecosystem and the different protocols -DeFi user, huge bonus points if you can show your Web3 portfolio with what you participate in DeFi, for example, trading, lending/borrowing, staking, LP-ing, NFTs, IDOs, memecoins, etc. -Plugged in to the space, can explain trends ongoing in Crypto Twitter, narratives, trending protocols, what's working in DeFi campaigns, and more. -Top 10 percentile in being proactive, ownership and solution-oriented -Top 10 percentile in work productivity & output -Have the capability and learning curve to take on multitude of discussions from product UIUX improvements, channels growth, to trading campaigns, to ecosystem partnerships, to points and referral systems, to airdrops, to ambassador programs to memes, to KOL relationships and more. -Extreme self-drivenness and accountability is a must.
