- Manage the full recruitment life-cycle, from initial candidate assessments to interviews, and offer management - Source top talents using a variety of creative techniques and figure out passive candidates via different platforms - Manage the recruiting pipeline, including determining resource status and needs, coordinating recruiting events and sourcing activities, assessing, and managing referral processes - Help with onsite onboarding, and faciliate candidates & employees in the office
- At least 1 year of human resource experience - Independent, creative, and with a strong sense of responsibility - Quick learner with a positive working attitude - Independent, analytical, resourceful, and meticulous - Able to multitask and work within a timeline - Excellent English and Chinese( written and spoken)
